- The league executive will consist of Richard Lampman, Brad Young, Darren Burns & Conrad Anderson. 

- League Fees; Can be submitted to Scoresheet ($85), make a note when sent in with the name of our league (MMMHL) and to Darren Burns ($25 for cash prizes).

- Cash Prizes: (Participating Teams Only)
Deadline to participate - November 15, 2009.
Prize breakdown will be decided at that time. 

- We will be using a Salary Cap beginning at the start of the 2006-2007 season.
2009 Protection Cap $31 Million
With two prospect that do not count against the cap.
2009 Salary Cap $74.4 Million
All players count against the regular season cap.
 
2010-2011 Protection Cap $31.1 Million
2010-2011 Salary Cap $74.5 Million
 
**Here are the prospect requirements/rules**
1. Player has to be NHL eligible;
2. To qualify position players must be at 82 GP or less;
3. To qualify goalies must be at 41 GP or less;
(Prospects count towards the 29 player roster limit & overall salary cap)

- Protection List; Must be submitted by midnight of the deadline date
(Monday, September 7, 2009).

- Roster Limit of 29 players.

- Draft for 2009-2010 season will be held on:
Friday, September 18, 2009.

- FA Draft / Waivers; We will be holding free agent drafts and cuts every two weeks.

- Tie Breakers; Most Wins, Pts Per Game, Head-To-Head.
 
- Starting in the 2007-2008 season, 4 teams per division will qualify for the playoffs.  In the new system, no byes are available in the first round, the new format will see 1st vs. 4th & 2nd vs. 3rd during the first round of the playoffs. 
As well, the only bonus points used will be for home ice advantage.

- Trading Picks; Guarantees you will be a part of the league for the next season!!!

- Amount of votes to make changes; 7 votes.

- Trades; We will leave it up to Scoresheet to accept or decline trades.
